At The Golden Billion, we offer a one-time purchase that grants immediate access to a bundle of premium services:

  • A uniquely claimable vault that can be used to build a public profile, similar to a link-in-bio page.
  • Subscription to our email digests, curated to deliver exclusive, global-impact news.
  • Access to a real-time analytics dashboard to monitor activity and engagement.

As this content is delivered digitally and access is granted instantly upon purchase, our refund policy is carefully structured to balance fairness and anti-abuse safeguards.

Who Handles Payments

Our platform uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle securely processes all transactions, handles global tax compliance, and manages receipts and billing.

By purchasing from our platform, you agree to both our refund policy and the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds may be requested within 14 calendar days of purchase if the seat or vault has not been claimed, activated, customized, or used in any way.
  • Refunds will be granted if a technical error prevents access to the product and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
  • Duplicate purchases of the same item are eligible for a full refund.

Once a vault has been accessed or services (such as the analytics dashboard or digest subscription) have been activated, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • You have already accessed, claimed, or customized your seat/vault.
  • You request a refund after 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • You changed your mind or no longer wish to use the platform.
  • You are abusing or misusing the refund process (e.g., repeated refunds across accounts).

How to Request a Refund

Refunds can only be requested via your user dashboard. Please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account at goldenbillion.world
  • Go to the Help section in your dashboard
  • Use the “Request a Refund” form

Please include your Paddle Order ID and the email used at purchase. Refund requests are reviewed manually within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically returned within 5–10 business days.

Your Rights (EU & UK Customers)

If you are a resident of the EU or UK, you have the right to request a refund under the 14-day withdrawal window, provided you have not already accessed or used the digital services delivered.

Future Subscription Models

At this time, our service is limited to a one-time payment model. In the future, we may introduce optional subscriptions. These will be clearly labeled and opt-in, with separate billing logic and user controls. Current users will retain access to their one-time purchases without disruption.
